You retain ownership of your video footage and data. By using the Services, you grant SecureTime a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

SecureTime provides security monitoring tools but does not guarantee prevention of crime or incidents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
